Curators: Marie Deparis- Yafil and Mounir Fatmi

The Exile Pavilion is a nomadic exhibition concept imagined by the Moroccan artist mounir fatmi, co-curator, with Marie Deparis-Yafil, of this exhibition.

After stopovers in Paris and Marseille and after being presented in Tangier and Venice, during the Biennale, the Exile Pavilion moves to Saint-Louis, from April 28 to July 3, 2018. With 25 international artists, including 3 Senegalese artists, this stage of the Pavilion deploys some forty works of all media around the issues of exile, displacement, the situation of exiles, the history of exile and of diasporas.
